If you have logged in to our app using your Facebook account and wish to delete your user data, please follow the steps below. We value your privacy and are committed to providing transparency and control over your personal information.
How to Remove the App from Facebook
Log in to your Facebook account.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Navigate to Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
Under the Active tab, find and select our app.
Click Remove.
Ensure you check the option:
"Also delete all posts, photos and videos on Facebook that the app may have published on your behalf."
This action will revoke our app’s access to your Facebook data.
Requesting Full Data Deletion
To request deletion of all user data stored on our servers:
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of this page to open the Intercom support widget.
Send a message with the subject: “Data Deletion Request”.
Include your account details.
Our team will process your request and delete your data within 7 business days. We will confirm the completion of the deletion via the Intercom chat.
