When you book a fishing trip through Reelzy, we want you to feel confident that you're getting the best available price online. Our Best Price Guarantee ensures that if you find the same trip advertised for less elsewhere, we'll match it and refund the difference. Approved claims also receive £30 Reelzy credit for a future trip.


Best Price Guarantee checklist

Before submitting a request, make sure:

  • You booked the trip on Reelzy within the last 24 hours

  • The lower price is shown in the same currency as your Reelzy booking

  • The boat, trip type, duration, number of guests, and cancellation policy match exactly

  • The trip date and time are the same

If these conditions are met, your booking may qualify.

Overview

Reelzy's Best Price Guarantee covers situations where another website lists the exact same fishing trip for a lower price within 24 hours of your booking. If verified, we will refund or credit you the difference and add £30 Reelzy credit to your account. Same-day bookings are not eligible.


How to submit a claim

You can submit a Best Price Guarantee claim within 24 hours of booking.

All claims must be submitted through the Intercom support widget on the Reelzy website.
Open the chat, select Best Price Guarantee, and follow the steps to begin your claim.

The lower-priced trip must still be available for booking at the time our team reviews it.


What counts as a valid comparison

To qualify, the lower-priced offer must match every detail of your Reelzy booking:

  • Same boat or vessel

  • Same trip type and duration

  • Same departure date and time

  • Same number of passengers

  • Same inclusions and cancellation policy

The comparison must be for a standalone product. Multi-day packages, bundled trips, and deals where important details are hidden until after purchase are not eligible.

Any requirements attached to the lower price (for example, regional, residency, or age rules) must also apply to you.


Rates that do not qualify

The Best Price Guarantee applies only to public prices on English-language websites. The following types of pricing do not qualify:

  • Membership-only or login-restricted rates

  • Corporate, group, or loyalty program discounts

  • Invite-only promotions, referral codes, or limited-access deals

  • Auction or bidding-style prices

  • Coupon-based offers not open to the general public

  • Prices that only appear via phone, email, or private communication

All prices must be presented in the same currency.


Taxes and additional fees

All mandatory taxes and fees must be included in the comparison.

The guarantee does not cover extra or optional charges such as:

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Transportation or transfers

  • Insurance

  • Hotel stays

  • Onboard purchases

  • Cashback promotions or gift card value

To be eligible, you must have paid for your booking or completed the required deposit.


Verification of claims

Reelzy will verify all claim details. Screenshots alone cannot be accepted. The lower rate must be independently confirmed by our team. Claims based on inaccurate information, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity will be declined.

If approved, refunds or credits are typically issued within 7 to 10 days to the original payment method, and £30 Reelzy credit will be added to your account.


Program changes

Reelzy may update or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time. Eligibility is based on the version of the policy that was active when your booking was made. Any refunds or credits already issued will not be affected by later changes.
