These Terms and Conditions, together with all updates, supplements, and any additional terms or policies (“Agreement”), apply to Reelzy.co, a fishing charter booking platform operated by Imagenic Ltd., and any associated services or communications provided by Reelzy.co (the “Service”). By accessing our website or using our Service, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Service immediately.
1. How the Service Works
Reelzy.co is a platform that facilitates the listing and booking of fishing charters. Reelzy.co itself is not a provider of fishing charters, does not own or operate any vessels, and is not responsible for the conduct of captains or guests. Reelzy.co’s role is limited to providing the platform for bookings and processing payments as an intermediary.
2. Bookings and User Responsibilities
By using this Service, you warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
All information provided by you is true, accurate, and current.
You will use this Service for legitimate purposes and refrain from speculative or fraudulent bookings.
Users may be required to enter into agreements with the captain or provider directly, and Reelzy.co is not a party to such agreements. You acknowledge that you, not Reelzy.co, will be responsible for complying with any terms set forth by the provider or captain.
3. Payment and Commission
Payments for bookings are processed through Stripe, and Reelzy.co collects a commission on each transaction. Upon completion of the trip, funds are released to the captain, minus Reelzy.co’s commission. Guests may be charged a service fee on bookings.
4. Limitations of Liability
Reelzy.co, Imagenic Ltd., and their affiliates disclaim all liability for:
The quality, safety, or legality of the fishing charters.
Any accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses arising from participation in a charter.
Misrepresentation or inaccuracies in the listings.
Users assume all risks associated with booking and participating in fishing charters through our platform.
5. Termination of Access
Reelzy.co reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any user violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
6. Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration: To control costs and ensure a prompt resolution, any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the UK’s arbitration authority. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial or to bring a lawsuit in court, unless this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable.
Jurisdiction: Any legal action or arbitration shall be conducted in the UK, and all claims must be brought within two years of the cause of action.

All content on Reelzy.co is owned by Imagenic Ltd. Any copying, redistribution, or unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited.
